Why can't I find your Journals, Bulletins, Mass Guides, or Loose-leaf Lectionary when I search?
At this time our subscription items (Journals, Bulletins, Mass Guides, and Loose-leaf Lectionary) are not a part of the online store and these items must be ordered separately. They can be ordered online, but do not utilize the same shopping cart as the book items. As a result, they are not included in the search function which covers only our single purchase items such as books and CDs.
What if I can't find what I'm looking for?
If you can't locate a product, the product may not be available in our Online Store because it is a subscription item (Journals, Mass Guides, Bulletins, or Loose-leaf Lectionary) and cannot be searched, or your search criteria does not match the information about the product stored in our online database. You may want to broaden your search if you entered a very specific term.

If you have not logged into your account, you will need to do so at this point. If you do not have an account you will need to create one. Please refer to the Online Account section of this page for questions regarding the creation of an account.
Once logged in you will be brought to the Order Confirmation page. Review all of the information on the page, including billing information, shipping information (if different), and the items in your cart. Select a payment method. If paying with a credit card, select the type, fill in your number (with no dashes and no spaces), and the expiration date.
Click the Submit Order button at the bottom of the page. A new page will appear with a receipt of your order. You will also be sent a confirmation email.
Why don't my subscription items and my books appear in the same cart?
At this time our subscription items (Journals, Mass Guides, Bulletins, and Loose-leaf Lectionary) are not a part of the main Online Store and need to be ordered separately. When ordered online, these items will appear in a Shopping Cart similar to the main shopping cart and you will be required to have an account. You only need to create one account and it can be used to order books and subscription items. If you desire to purchase any of the subscription items and any book items, they will need to be placed as separate orders on the website.
Is my credit card information safe?
We use VeriSign's 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide our customers with secure encryption for all transactions and account information. How do I know that you have received my order?
When you click "Submit Order" at the bottom of the checkout page, three things happen:
• Your order information is written to our order database.
• A confirmation email message is generated and sent to you with an overview of your order.
• A web page is displayed with a receipt of your order.
The confirmation email and receipt web page only appear if the order has been recorded to our order database. All online orders will be processed as quickly as possible.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard Delivery to the lower 48 states is 1-2 weeks. Standard Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPOs, U.S. Possessions, and Canada is 3-4 weeks. Expedited Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPOs, U.S. Possessions, and Canada is 1-2 weeks. Two-Day Delivery is available in certain areas. Overnight Delivery, where available must be placed by noon Central Time in order to be delivered the next business day. Refer to the Shipping & Handling page of the website for details.
What is your return policy?
Returns cannot be processed without a copy of the invoice or invoice number. Books may be returned for credit without permission at any time provided that the books are still cataloged in the current General Catalog and are in saleable condition. Please provide the invoice number and the reason for return, and state whether you wish credit, replacement, or refund. No credit will be allowed for postage on shipments delivered as ordered, and no items can be accepted for return that have been price-marked or owner-marked in any way.
Items sent on approval do not require written permission for return; however, be sure to include the invoice for proper credit.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is collected from Minnesota residents only. Tax-exempt customers from Minnesota must provide Liturgical Press with a copy of their state-issued exemption certificate. Minnesota customers with exemption certificates on file with Liturgical Press will not be invoiced sales tax. Minnesota customers without tax-exempt status will be charged the applicable sales tax.
Do you ship to APO or FPO addresses?

You will be taken to the log-in page. Click the "Create New Account" button. You will then be asked whether you would like to create a Personal or Institution account. Read the descriptions to determine what kind of account you would like to create and click the appropriate link.
The next screen will ask for your personal information. When you have completed the form, click "Next" at the bottom of the screen. If you have missed any required information you will be given an error message(s) at the top of the screen informing you what information needs to be filled out.
Once the account is created you will be able to Edit Your Account, Proceed to Checkout, or Continue Shopping.
How do I make changes to my account?
Click on the 'My Account' link on the top right of the page and log in. Once you have logged in you can edit the information. After you have made your changes click the "Save Details" button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
